Jennifer Smith

Jennifer’s extensive media, broadcast, and digital marketing experience include executive positions at Roundhouse Radio, CBC, Bell Media, and Headline Media Group. She has launched six successful start-ups and has extensive venture capital and IPO experience. Jennifer is also the recipient of the Canadian Women Entrepreneur of the year award from University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
Pouneh Naderi
Chief Of Staff
Pouneh brings with her a unique multi-sector profile of leadership in the startup, corporate, government and non-profit sectors, demonstrated through 15+ years of leadership for CBC, UBC, and many others. Pouneh holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Diploma in Human Resources Management, and a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law.
Debra McLaughlin

Debra has 30 years of experience in research, content development, and valuation. In addition to heading up the podcast analytics for CBC, Debra has identified content categories for Bell Media, Global, APTN, FOX Broadcasting, AMC, and a host of other Canadian and US companies.
Cliff Dumas
Co-Founder |CCO
Cliff is the only Canadian to win the prestigious CMA and ACM awards for Radio personality of the year in the U.S. He is a multiple CCMA award-winner and Hall Of Fame inductee and a Mark Award winner for excellence in television marketing. Cliff has written and produced close to 30 network TV specials. He is IAB certified in digital advertising and TSE (Toronto Stock Exchange) certified in running a public company. Cliff is also the author of Broadcast2Podcast, the complete book on podcasting.
Rod Schween
Board Member
Rod is President of Pattison Media with 48 radio stations, 3 television stations, and 18 online portals in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. As President, Rod is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Division and the stations.
The 35-year broadcast veteran has grown up in the industry and has held numerous management positions including Operations Manager, Program Director, and General Manager/General Sales Manager.
Don Shafer

Don is a veteran broadcaster, entrepreneur and recipient of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement Award. His leadership was responsible for developing iconic radio brands across Canada such as, CHUM FM, and Q107 in Toronto and CFOX FM Roundhouse Radio in Vancouver.
