What our Clients Say
"During our time with Everything Podcasts our shows charted internationally, our downloads increased, we received new guesting opportunities across our genre, and we did it alongside their lovely, communicative and dedicated staff. Everything Podcasts delivered exactly what it promised, which is far too rare in this industry."
Ryan LaPlante; President - Dumb-Dumbs & Dice Inc.
As the Project Lead for UFA’s podcast initiative I am pleased to share my experience working with the Everything Podcasts team over the past two years. When we began this journey podcasting was a completely new medium for our co-operative. Their team guided us through the learning curve and worked collaboratively with us through every challenge and stage of development.
From the outset Everything Podcasts approached our partnership with a spirit of collaboration. They took the time to educate our internal team and offered industry insights and practical learnings that helped us build confidence in this new space. Not every step of the process was seamless. What truly stood out was their commitment to working with us by problem solving adapting and growing together as our needs evolved.
Together we developed a fully integrated strategy for our new podcast series from early ideation through launch and ongoing growth. Their support spanned end to end production including concept development, research, guest coordination, interviewing, brand development, editing, production, distribution and publishing. They also produced show and episode trailers, along with in-show video assets, that helped with discovery and engagement.
In addition to their production expertise, we partnered with their Media Services division to build an integrated audience growth strategy. This work aligned our podcast promotion with UFA’s broader marketing ecosystem including social media digital channels and in store television screens across our locations. Their ability to integrate with our other organizational channels made a meaningful difference in the visibility of our series.
Perhaps the greatest testament to our partnership is that Everything Podcasts became a true extension of our team. They listened adapted and supported us through a completely new medium with professionalism creativity and a genuine investment in our success.
We appreciated their partnership and expertise and I can confidently say we enjoyed working with them. I would recommend Everything Podcasts to any organization looking for a collaborative knowledgeable and dedicated podcast partner.
Trish Nixon; External Affairs - UFA Co-operative Ltd.
Before working with Everything Podcasts, I produced the first season of She.They.Us. with a colleague who knew as little about podcasting as I did. We learned a great deal from that experience — and I was glad to have done it — but I also knew we’d hit the ceiling of what I could produce on my own.
Connecting with Everything Podcasts took it up ten levels.
The production quality and sound engineering are light years ahead of where we could have gotten, but less tangible support like the experience they bring to storyboarding and writing made an immediate difference.
They provide expert and experienced support and technical expertise across the entire production journey: ideation, research, guest outreach, studio interviews, audio and video production, publishing, launch strategy, and social media promotion. For me, that turnkey approach wasn't just convenient: it was what allowed me to stay focused on the conversations that matter rather than the mechanics of getting them out into the world.
But even on that front, they had my back and quickly got up to speed on the nature of the work we do, which is pretty challenging work. She.They.Us. centers women and gender-diverse people who have experienced housing precarity, and many of our guests are being asked to relive some of the most difficult moments of their lives on air. That requires a particular kind of sensitivity and EP brought it, consistently, across two full seasons together, and we are so pleased and proud of the work we produced with them.
If you're doing work that is both professionally demanding and deeply human, Everything Podcasts can hold both of those things at once.

“Today I want to celebrate Lisa Bishop, Ryan Martinez, and Jennifer Smith, at Everything Podcasts. Our media industry is in a tug-a-war of brand vs. performance where brands, agency folks, and partners often miss solving the brand objectives and solely focusing on today's media problems. Lisa, Ryan and Jennifer are passionate innovators who are reshaping conversations between agencies and partners, pushing the envelope to determine how to move a brand forward.
I truly want to emphasize that your brand is directly correlated to your behavior. Ask yourself what associations you are creating with your brand. Cosmetic media tactics and vanity KPIs are not enough. Behaviors build proof points for your customers. The old way of developing content for websites, blogs, etc. is not enough. Branded podcasts are transformative in the way your brand is associated with delivering on the promise of your customers' needs and wants.
Branded podcasts aren't a line item on a spreadsheet to itemize your media plan and look colorful on a flowchart. Let's change the perspective of how your brand can solve communication points in a captive medium like podcasts and tell your authentic story.”
Melissa Sierra; EVP, Media Integration - USIM

The National Blood Clot Alliance Team
From our initial call to every single detail of production, we felt the Everything Podcasts team’s sincere effort to fully understand our Brand and the vision for our first-ever podcast, Ideas of Order, hosted by celebrity interior designer and TV personality, Jeremiah Brent. An important new content medium for California Closets to expand our position as a societal brand and design authority, this podcast needed to be expertly crafted from start to finish. In its first week, Ideas of Order debuted at #2 for Design on Apple Podcasts and continues to receive an overwhelmingly positive reception. The Everything Podcast team handled all our client and celebrity guest communications professionally and promptly, navigating many last-minute scheduling requests with care and success. The team also stepped in to create video and social assets to support each episode and worked collaboratively with both our California Closets creative team and Jeremiah Brent’s team to ensure that every asset delivered an on-brand look and feel.
I am happy to highly recommend Everything Podcasts on behalf of California Closets.

From our initial call to every single detail of production of Bored At The Airport, we felt the Everything Podcasts team’s sincere effort. I had the pleasure of working with the team from Everything Podcasts, they helped us produce nine (9) episodes and two (2) trailers. They also assisted with the artwork creation and postproduction promotion. The team was collaborative, responsive, innovative, and effective in communicating their ideas. They were a game changer for our campaign with their creativity in producing engaging storytelling content. It was a theatre of the mind, as they describe it. Thus, they have my highest endorsement.

On behalf of 4VI, I am delighted to submit this letter as a testimonial for Everything Podcasts. 4VI first contracted Everything Podcasts to create the “Indigenous Voices of Vancouver Island” podcast in April 2022 following a competitive RFP process. Everything Podcasts was selected due to their previous experience working with Indigenous-led projects. As first-time podcast clients, the experts at Everything Podcasts lead the 4VI team through the process with ease, including episode ideation, interviews, and script writing. Everything Podcasts offered a turnkey experience with elevated service from our first meeting to the final deliverable.
Kyla Egan, Director, Sustainability 4VI
This is a letter of sheer appreciation for creating such an incredible podcast for SCF.
Patricia, Kirsten, and I are thrilled with the way that the Everything Podcast team captured the true essence of our Squamish Constellation Festival dream. The professionalism of each member of your talented creative group was next level. I really appreciated their openness to make sure the story was authentically articulated by each of us and incorporated the diversity of the artists we curated.
Thank you so much for giving such a brilliant showcase of our Constellation Festival journey to have and to share as we evolve and move forward. Your visionary ways are an inspiration.

Through my work at CharityVillage, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating and working closely with Jennifer through her company, Everything Podcasts. CEO Jennifer Smith’s deep leadership in media is respected nationwide. She’s seen as a person with integrity and a strong voice for women in media, and over her long career has mentored many young people who have gone on to be successful in their fields and ventures. Jennifer is committed to giving back in her work, and we are closely aligned in this way. Everything Podcasts’ partnership with CharityVillage has allowed us to work directly with Jennifer and allowed me to see the depth of her commitment to charity and raising others up.
Mary Barroll, President & General Counsel CharityVillage Ltd.
I am so grateful to Jennifer Smith and Everything Podcasts Team for a great partnership with our Social Media Capstone program.
You provided the students with a great real-world experience creating a full-scope Social Media Strategy for your business. The students were given free rein to explore all key aspects required to create a targeted campaign that resonates with your target audience. Your patience and feedback allowed the team to perform the work they will be doing after they graduate and gave them a safe space to recommend strategies and understand how they would impact engagement and connection.
I look forward to working with your team on future projects with our students. You brought so much to their learning experience and helped prepare them for their new career.
Margo Bock, Program Coordinator, Social Media Graduate Certificate, Seneca College
Dear Jennifer, Lisa, Eric and Team,
Laurie and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your help on The Other Path podcast and give you a bit of an update on the series.
We appreciated your advice and assistance in helping us market and distribute the series. The trailers and episode audio grams you created for the series captured the magic and mystery of the plays. You helped us make it available on over 35 different platforms. The campaigns on Spotify and radio were very beneficial.
We were ranked the #3 performing arts podcast in Canada on Apple. We received positive feedback from theatre artistic directors across the country, who are now aware of our digital presence.
We were covered in more than 20 media interviews and articles, including five CBC radio interviews from Vancouver to St. John’s. In addition to creating a strong national presence, we also developed an international presence. We were listed in New York Magazine’s Vulture as one of the top 5 scary podcasts of the fall. As you know, we were listened to in over 30 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East. We reached the #2 performing arts podcast in Jamaica and #6 in Sweden! From all of us at Odyssey, thank you for the tremendous work you did for us.
John Forster, General Manager, Odyssey Theatre
I thought I would send a quote from one of our donors who is absolutely lovely! She listened to the first episode of The Power of Sight and said:
“I listened to the first podcast a few minutes ago. Of course, I wept here and there... I'm such a weeper. I was glad to hear that Marty still weeps over the "divine eyes". (As I think you know, it is the sight story card that I have read to workshop participants at each of my workshops over the years.) In another section of the podcast, I believe that I heard a tremble in Penny's voice too. Seva people are indeed my kind of people. ♥”
Deanne Berman, Marketing and Communications Director, Seva Canada
It has been my pleasure to work with the team from Everything Podcasts. They have worked with my company, Coldwater Communications, to create and produce our very own podcast series, Deep Dive. Working with Everything Podcasts has been an exceptional experience. It is a privilege to be able to collaborate with a team that understands their industry and the needs of their client. Everything Podcasts will be our partner for many more projects in the future. I would never hesitate to recommend Everything Podcasts to anyone who is seeking a team with the creative expertise necessary to succeed in any project they take on.
Theodora Jean, Founder and CEO, Coldwater Communications
My name is Tchadas Leo and I am the operating president of TSL Enterprises Ltd. I’ve had the great recent opportunity to work with Everything Podcasts on a 5 part mini podcast series for 4VI, focusing on Indigenous Culture through tourism on Vancouver Island. This project took many talented people to create a podcast that we are all really proud of. Working with CEO Jennifer Smith and Everything Podcasts Team, we were able to produce a captivating podcast that was timely, entertaining and showed respect to BC Indigenous culture. I would highly recommend Everything Podcasts to all their future potential clients and I would be more than willing to work with this company again.
Tchadas Leo, President TSL Enterprises
I didn’t plan on making a podcast. I didn’t even consider podcasting as a marketing tool for our automotive company. By Car is our podcast that takes listeners on a road trip starting at one of our 5 dealerships, traveling through Northern and Central B.C. discovering the incredible landscapes, interesting histories, and remarkable people along the way.
During development, I felt like part of the creative team as I reviewed scripts and recordings. Everything Podcasts truly means everything. They delivered a podcast series that we feel very proud of in our industry and beyond.
I highly recommend Everything Podcasts, not only to produce a fabulous product but also to create the passion and content that truly represents your company.
Dallas Jasper, Vice President, Cariboo Auto Group
“I was blown away by the professionalism, innovation, and quality of work that Everything Podcasts utilizes in their approach to producing compelling and engaging content. I am extremely satisfied with our six episodes of Power To Heal and would not hesitate to recommend Everything Podcasts to anyone. If you are looking for someone to help you produce a podcast from start to finish, look no further!”
Vicki Brydon Director, Public Relations Peace Arch Hospital Foundation
"The team at Everything Podcasts are, in a word, transformational. The impact their podcast work has on the research that I do is felt worldwide and, more importantly, has touched the lives of hundreds of patients around the world who had to be hospitalized for COVID-19. I am not comfortable with public speaking and yet they made me feel like a seasoned broadcaster! They did not treat me like I was a client; they made me feel like I was family."
Dr. Agnes Y. Y. Lee, MD, MSc, FRCPC Professor, Department of Medicine, UBC Director, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority Research Institute
"The team at Everything Podcasts helped us meet revision and approval challenges with ease and professionalism while hitting tight deadlines. The end products are top-tiered quality and we are extremely pleased to recommend them to anyone looking for a highly professional and capable team to assist with podcast production."
Valerie Stachurski, Brand Manager, Curatio
“As one of the world’s leading universities, King’s College London (KCL) is required to solicit bids to tender, in line with UK regulation, from around the world. KCL selected Everything Podcasts over a dozen other companies because of the media expertise and experience they bring to the podcasting space. We highly recommend Everything Podcasts. The Rebuilding Economics podcast ‘Financial Recovery’ was a huge success and remains a feature of evergreen content used to raise the research profile of EIS department. This podcast sought to engage policymakers creatively, and was picked up by the Institute of New Economic Thinking (INET), at Harvard University, as part of a Debt Talks webinar funded by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; I was invited to discuss debt relief as part of the Covid19 recovery plan to a global audience.”
Dr. Johnna Montgomerie, Head of Department European and International Studies. School of Politics and Economics, King’s College London
“I’ve worked with UBC Alumni Association for 18+ years in affinity marketing. This summer, I had the great pleasure of working with Everything Podcasts and our Business Development team on a podcast series named ‘Joy in the Summer’ for our annual Summer Series programming. The team at Everything Podcasts amplified the reach to new podcast listeners to numbers we have never seen before due to their research and outreach to strategic media partners. Not only was this successful from a growth perspective, the quality, development, and level of production of the series is top-notch. I encourage you to have a listen to Joy in the Summer! I’m sure you will enjoy the series.”
Karen Kanigan, Manager, Alumni Services, UBC Alumni Association
“I am writing this letter as a thank you for the wonderful service that we have experienced in our Podcast journey for ‘The Science of Healthy Weight Loss’ with your organization. Given the nature of our business and the challenges faced by the skepticism surrounding the weight loss industry, it was always difficult to make our story known. It has been extremely pleasurable to work with such industry professionals. The listener does not really know the efforts that go into publishing a great episode. The results have been impressive as our podcast is now the second most visited page on our website. It goes to show that the content is extremely engaging and compelling.”
Allan D’Silva, Business Process Improvement Manager, Bernstein Diet and Health Clinics
"I recently worked with the Everything Podcasts team to develop a white label product vertical for the BC Business brand when I was at Canada Wide Media. The integrity of their process matches the premium product Everything Podcast has created in their industry space. The Everything Podcasts white label plan is a perfect option for any media brand wanting to extend its market reach into the complex podcast space. The program allowed us to add to our product suite with relative ease and expert support."
Sandy Kral Short, Director, National Advertising – Western Region, POSTMEDIA
"Elton and Everything Podcasts built a plan together to deliver a turn key podcast solution, telling a compelling story, producing it with entertainment value, marketing the podcast and placing the podcast on platforms that deliver audience. We told our new client, G&F Financial that we had a podcast solution and built a program to launch a total of 19 podcasts including their iconic, Smart Money program. The Everything Podcasts team put the client at ease. Over the coming months we will introduce G&F Financial to production services that will enhance their investment in one-to-one communication. Storytelling the Everything Podcasts way.”
Gary James Milne, Managing Partner, Elton Media
"This is a strong letter of reference for Everything Podcasts. The RAPID Trial investigators at St Michael’s Hospital embraced Jennifer and Don as part of our team. From the very beginning, we knew that our story was in the right hands. They crafted a truthful, beautiful and compelling story arc, one that only creative experts can develop called, Pillar of Hope. It has been my honour to work with such an exceptional team. They receive my highest recommendation and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have worked with such an outstanding team. I highly recommend Everything Podcasts. With their help, we have an accessible, relatable and moving platform to raise donations for our trial to facilitate ongoing trial recruitment, internationally.”
Dr. Michelle Sholzberg MDCM, MSc., FRCPC Head, Division of Hematology-Oncology, St. Michael’s Hospital
